A finalist proposal for the revitalization of a vacant commercial storefront in East Warren, Detroit. Highlighting everything from the historic buildings of downtown (Guardian Building, Penobscot Building, Metropolitan Building, The Argonaut Building, etc) to the local East Warren treasures like the Cadieux Cafe and Alger Theater, this project invites the public to rediscover their relationship to Detroit’s iconic buildings through physical encounters on a playful indoor and outdoor landscape.
